I came across a piece called New York sky line melody by Villa Lobos which took real images of the New York sky line and transformed them into a musical piece which gave me the idea of doing the opposite, use the waveforms and sound waves to create a landscape or something real in this world.
This was created using the software ‘Audition CC’ where I uploaded the song and it allowed me to view the sound wave of the song and from there, I selected a section from the song which looked like a city and copied it and pasted it on ‘Photoshop’ where I used the ‘magic wand tool’ to get rid of the sound wave which left the shape that the sound wave formed.
